About the Role

As the Data Center Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of multiple Bitcoin mining facilities, ensuring maximum performance, uptime, and efficiency. This role requires a strategic and hands-on leader with experience in managing high-performance infrastructure or energy-intensive environments. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements, manage vendor relationships, and ensure the company meets its technical and financial goals.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field, 8+ years of experience in operational or industrial leadership roles, and a strong understanding of infrastructure, energy systems, and performance metrics. Experience in cryptocurrency, data center management, or energy operations is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of Bitcoin mining facilities and ensure continuous uptime and performance
• Lead and manage on-site and remote teams to meet daily operational goals
• Track and improve KPIs such as energy usage, hash rate, and system efficiency
• Manage vendor and utility partnerships and negotiate service contracts
• Develop and oversee operational budgets, forecasting, and capital improvement plans
• Collaborate with technical teams to deploy new equipment and improve site infrastructure
• Ensure all facilities comply with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards
• Implement operational best practices and drive process optimization initiatives
