How You’ll Contribute to Our Partner’s Success:
As the Pasteurization Manager, you will oversee pasteurization operations to ensure safe, consistent, and high-quality product output. You’ll lead a dedicated team, manage regulatory compliance, optimize equipment performance, and implement best practices that enhance efficiency and uphold the facility’s strong reputation for food safety.
Key Responsibilities:

Pasteurization Operations: Manage daily pasteurization processes, ensuring strict adherence to USDA, FDA, HACCP, and GMP standards.

Equipment Oversight: Supervise equipment maintenance, sanitation procedures, and quality control to ensure continuous, reliable operations.

Team Leadership: Train, coach, and supervise technicians, aligning staff performance with production goals and regulatory requirements.

Operational Efficiency: Monitor production metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement process enhancements to boost efficiency and maintain safety.

Collaboration & Compliance: Partner with Quality Assurance to implement corrective actions and maintain compliance documentation for audits.
Qualifications:

Required: 5+ years of experience in food processing (pasteurization preferred), proven leadership experience, and strong knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and food safety regulations.

Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Agriculture, or related field.
