Capabilities That Anchor Our Partner’s Resilience

As Payroll Manager, you will direct end-to-end payroll administration for a complex, high-volume organization—ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in a regulated, round-the-clock environment. Your scope:

  • Execute Seamless Payroll Cycles: Manage multi-frequency processing across varied pay structures, including differentials, premiums, overtime, and deductions—delivered with absolute precision.
  • Uphold Rigorous Compliance: Maintain full alignment with federal, state, and local wage, tax, and labor regulations; oversee year-end reporting, audit readiness, and policy enforcement.
  • Deliver Clear Labor Insights: Provide detailed cost allocations, variance analysis, and forecasting support to inform budgeting, staffing, and operational planning.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement: Optimize workflows, enhance system integration, and implement process upgrades to increase speed, reduce risk, and elevate accuracy.
  • Essential Profile: Bachelor’s degree; 5+ years leading complex payroll operations in regulated or unionized settings (healthcare experience preferred); CPP or FPC certification; demonstrated success in audit defense and process optimization.
