As Accounting Manager for this established food processing organization, you’ll lead financial oversight across complex, high-volume operations—ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic alignment in a fast-moving industry. Here’s your scope of impact:

  • Own the Financial Close: Direct month-end and quarter-end processes, including GL management, reconciliations, and cost center reporting tied to production volume and material usage.
  • Deliver Performance Insights: Produce variance analyses, product-line profitability reports, and forecasting models that inform pricing, cost control, and capacity planning.
  • Safeguard Compliance: Maintain GAAP and IFRS standards, support external audits, and ensure adherence to food industry regulations and internal controls.
  • Shape Financial Strategy: Partner with leadership on budgeting, capital expenditure analysis, and scenario planning to optimize margins and support expansion.
  • Required Profile: Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance, 6+ years in manufacturing or CPG (food processing preferred), CPA or equivalent, and strong ERP proficiency (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
  • Excel in Motion: Manage multiple deadlines, analyze large datasets, and adapt quickly to shifts in commodity prices, production schedules, or market demand.
