How You’ll Contribute to Our Partner’s Success:

As a Layer House Farm Manager, you’ll oversee all aspects of daily layer operations, ensuring optimal egg production, equipment performance, and team development. Success in this role requires strong leadership, hands-on problem-solving, and the ability to balance operational excellence with people management in a fast-paced agricultural environment.


  • Operational Oversight: Lead daily production activities to achieve performance targets in egg yield, bird health, and biosecurity. Maintain farm facilities and ensure all production equipment is serviced, repaired, and operating efficiently.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Recruit, train, and mentor staff to uphold company standards, safety protocols, and animal welfare practices. Provide ongoing coaching to build a skilled and motivated workforce capable of meeting production goals.
  • Safety & Compliance: Implement and maintain rigorous workplace safety and regulatory compliance procedures. Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to company and industry standards.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments—such as feed, maintenance, and quality—to align operations with company objectives and improve overall efficiency.
  • Project & Emergency Management: Plan and coordinate farm improvement projects, delegate tasks effectively, and remain available for operational emergencies on a 24/7 basis.
