How You'll Contribute to Our Partner's Success

As an experienced and motivated Maintenance Supervisor, you will play a vital role in leading the daily operations of an offline egg grading facility. Your hands-on experience with Moba or Sonovo systems, combined with your electrical and PLC expertise, will ensure smooth and efficient grading processes. Your leadership and organizational skills will foster a high-performing team and uphold the standards for our organic products.

You’ll oversee technicians, manage production quality, and ensure all equipment operates efficiently and in compliance with regulatory and certification standards.


  • Supervise and motivate a team of technicians to ensure efficient and high-quality egg grading operations


  • Oversee the grading process and ensure compliance with organic certification standards


  • Perform hands-on maintenance and troubleshooting of grading equipment, including electrical systems and PLCs


  • Work with the maintenance team to identify and address equipment issues promptly


  • Order and maintain necessary materials and parts to keep grading operations running smoothly


  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance technician skills and performance


  • Maintain accurate records of production and equipment maintenance


  • Ensure that all grading procedures are performed according to company standards and regulatory requirements


  • Foster a positive and productive work environment, encouraging continuous improvement and team collaboration
