How You Will Contribute to Our Partner’s Success:

As a hands-on Live Production professional, you’ll oversee daily farm operations, drive flock performance, and lead animal welfare and safety initiatives while partnering with internal teams and external vendors. To succeed, you should have strong operational leadership experience in poultry or livestock, a deep understanding of key production metrics, and the ability to manage people, processes, and budgets in a dynamic environment. Your analytical mindset, people skills, and attention to detail will help improve output, reduce costs, and maintain the highest standards of quality, compliance, and care.


  • Production Oversight: Lead and monitor flock scheduling, vaccinations, feed management, mortality, biosecurity, and environmental controls to ensure optimal performance and compliance with SOPs.


  • Team Leadership & Training: Hire, train, and manage farm staff while reinforcing safety, biosecurity, and animal welfare. Promote a high-performance culture through coaching, succession planning, and performance management.


  • Financial Management: Manage farm-level budgets, expenditures, and capital investments. Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure efficient purchasing and resource utilization.


  • Process Improvement & Audits: Champion continuous improvement initiatives, lead internal audits, and respond to health and safety findings in collaboration with veterinarians and senior leaders.
