How You’ll Contribute to Our Partner’s Success:

As a Food Safety and Quality (FSQ) Manager within the Food Safety and Quality Department, you’ll lead food safety and quality programs, manage audits, and supervise technicians to ensure compliance and product excellence. Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in Food Science or related field (or equivalent experience), 1–3 years in food safety and quality (preferred), and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel), with bilingual English/Spanish skills a plus.


  • Program Leadership: Ensure FSQ programs support safe production and storage, leading root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality issues.


  • Audit and Compliance Management: Oversee SQF, customer, regulatory, and internal audits, maintaining compliance and managing the “hold” program.


  • Team Supervision and Training: Supervise FSQ staff, develop sanitation inspection programs, train on GMPs, and manage document review and filing.



  • Technical and Collaborative Duties: Perform sampling, review microbiological results, write SOPs and manuals, and maintain strong relationships with complex and facility managers.
