• Master the Financial Framework: Oversee general ledger activities, month-end closes, and reconciliations with unyielding precision to underpin project billing, job costing, and cash flow.
• Forge Insights and Projections: Generate detailed financial reports, WIP analyses, and variance reviews that guide project managers on budgets, forecasts, and cost controls for high-impact builds.
• Bolster Compliance and Audits: Uphold GAAP standards, tax compliance, and regulatory adherence, preparing for audits and mitigating risks in a fast-evolving construction landscape.

• Bring the Blueprints: Hold a Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance, 5+ years of experience (construction or project-based accounting preferred), CPA candidacy or equivalent, and hands-on knowledge of ERP systems
