About Our Partner:

Our client is a mission-driven organization known for managing complex construction projects with a focus on safety, sustainability, and operational excellence. They are seeking a Construction Safety Coordinator to join their Environmental Health & Safety team and help oversee safety standards across multiple construction sites throughout California and beyond.

This hybrid position combines administrative coordination and in-the-field safety leadership—ideal for someone experienced, accountable, and passionate about maintaining safe job sites.

How You’ll Contribute to Our Partner’s Success:


  • Execute and oversee contractor safety programs, including contract reviews, safety evaluations, and post-work audits.


  • Conduct routine jobsite inspections and close-out corrective actions in writing.


  • Attend kickoff meetings, deliver safety trainings, and monitor safety KPIs and compliance.


  • Collaborate with site teams to identify risks, validate root cause investigations, and enforce OSHA and regulatory safety standards.


  • Maintain and report on safety performance to senior leadership.


What You Bring to the Role:

  • 5+ years of experience in health & safety, with construction site exposure required.


  • Proven ability to conduct inspections, manage contractor relationships, and maintain regulatory compliance.


  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, incident reporting, and OSHA standards (CFR 1910 & 1926).


  • CPR, First Aid, OSHA certifications strongly preferred.


  • Strong communication, judgment, and leadership in both field and office environments.


  • Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs. and working in varied terrain and weather conditions.
