They are currently seeking an Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable Manager to join their finance team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise day-to-day Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of transactions.
  • Lead and mentor a small AP/AR team, providing training, guidance, and performance feedback.
  • Review and approve invoices, expense reports, and payment runs while ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Oversee customer billing, collections, and cash application processes.
  • Partner cross-functionally with operations, sales, and finance to resolve discrepancies and improve workflows.
  • Monitor account balances, aging reports, and vendor statements; escalate and resolve issues proactively.
  • Assist with month-end close by preparing reconciliations, journal entries, and reporting related to AP/AR.
  • Support audits and provide documentation as required.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes, automate tasks, and enhance internal controls.


Ideal Candidate Background:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
  • 4+ years of AP/AR experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
  • Hands-on leader who enjoys both managing people and working directly on transactional tasks.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, cash application, and reconciliation.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP/accounting software preferred.
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude with the ability to motivate and mentor staff.
