Key Responsibilities

Process full-cycle, in-house payroll for all employees

Support accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions
- Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities
- Reconcile payroll and accounting data within a fully integrated ERP system
- Assist with benefits tracking, compliance, and audit preparation
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure adherence to policies and regulations
- Collaborate closely with finance and leadership teams on process improvements
Ideal Candidate Background

Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration strongly preferred

2–5 years of hands-on experience in accounting and payroll

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and experienced with ERP systems
- Governmental or public sector accounting experience is a plus
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to manage sensitive information with discretion
- Comfortable working independently and meeting deadlines in a structured environment
