How You’ll Contribute to Our Partner’s Success

As a Bookkeeper, you’ll play a vital role in the day-to-day financial operations of the business. With your attention to detail and commitment to accuracy, you’ll help ensure the company’s financial health is maintained and that records are kept organized and up to date. Your experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software, strong understanding of general accounting principles, and ability to communicate clearly will make you an invaluable part of this close-knit team.

Your background in bookkeeping or accounting—especially within small business or agricultural settings—will help you thrive in this role and support the company’s continued success.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable with accuracy and timeliness


  • Reconcile bank and credit card statements


  • Process payroll and maintain employee records


  • Prepare and maintain monthly financial reports for ownership review


  • Monitor budgets, track expenses, and support annual financial planning


  • Assist with vendor communication and invoice resolution


  • Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records for internal and external use


  • Support tax preparation and coordinate with external accountants as needed
