How You’ll Contribute to Our Partner’s Success:

As a Regional Food Safety and Quality Manager within the Food Safety and Quality (FSQ) Department, you’ll lead strategic execution of food safety and quality programs, oversee FSQ managers, and ensure regulatory compliance. Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in Food Science or related field (or equivalent experience), 7–10 years in food safety and quality, HACCP, Preventive Controls, GFSI experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).


  • Program Leadership: Implement and verify food safety and quality systems, ensuring compliance with FDA, FSIS, AMS, and GFSI standards to drive operational excellence.


  • Team Development: Provide coaching and professional development to FSQ managers, fostering a strong food safety and quality culture.


  • Compliance and Issue Resolution: Conduct root cause analysis, implement corrective actions, and provide technical assistance to resolve FSQ issues, collaborating with facility and regional teams.



  • Communication and Collaboration: Partner with operations, senior leadership, and cross-functional teams to champion sanitary practices, report performance, and improve facility and equipment design.
