How You Will Contribute to Our Partner’s Success:

As a hands-on Plant Manager, you’ll lead daily production operations, ensure food safety compliance, and support a growing team at our egg processing facility. Your goal will be to become fully operational in your role by August, contributing to a well-established yet evolving operation. To succeed, you should bring strong leadership skills, a willingness to work a flexible schedule, and ideally some experience in egg grading or production environments. We're especially interested in candidates who are early in their careers and ready to grow into a broader leadership role.

Production Oversight: Manage day-to-day production activities across two shifts, ensuring accurate order fulfillment and effective team performance.

• Team Leadership: Supervise approximately 10 hourly employees per shift, supporting attendance tracking, productivity, and accountability.

• Food Safety & Compliance: Assist in maintaining SQF standards and support continuous improvement efforts to uphold quality and regulatory requirements.

• Planning & Coordination: Help lead shift scheduling, labor planning, and operational readiness to meet changing production demands.

• Culture & Growth: Promote a positive workplace culture focused on safety, quality, and collaboration, while preparing the plant for future expansion in partnership with senior leadership.
