How You’ll Contribute to Our Partner’s Success

As the Director of Mergers & Acquisitions, you will be a key driver of strategic growth—leading the full lifecycle of M&A transactions from opportunity identification through successful integration. With your financial expertise, business acumen, and project leadership, you’ll help shape the company’s future by executing deals that align with long-term goals and create lasting value.

You’ll manage a robust M&A pipeline, lead cross-functional teams through complex negotiations, and ensure seamless integration of acquired entities.


  • Lead end-to-end M&A activities including sourcing, evaluating, negotiating, and integrating new business opportunities


  • Build a strong pipeline of acquisition targets aligned with strategic priorities


  • Develop financial models and business cases to support investment decisions and present to executive leadership


  • Conduct and coordinate due diligence processes with internal stakeholders and external advisors


  • Partner with legal, finance, and operations teams to structure, close, and integrate acquisitions


  • Oversee post-acquisition performance and support integration efforts across departments


  • Mitigate project risks, identify challenges early, and implement proactive solutions


  • Support broader finance and accounting initiatives as part of the leadership team


This role is based in Irvine, CA with required in-office presence Monday–Friday and up to 50% travel. Ideal candidates will bring at least 8 years of experience in M&A or corporate development and a strong track record of full-cycle deal execution in logistics, food manufacturing, or related industries.
