How You’ll Contribute to Our Partner’s Success

As an AP/AR Specialist, you’ll focus primarily on managing the accounts receivable process while providing support with accounts payable duties. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, thrives on accuracy, and values being part of a company that treats their team like family.

• Manage the full-cycle accounts receivable process including invoicing, collections, and account reconciliation
• Support accounts payable by processing vendor invoices, managing payment schedules, and resolving discrepancies
• Work closely with customers and vendors to ensure timely payments and clear communication
• Maintain accurate financial records and assist with month-end closing processes
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve billing workflows and support reporting needs
• Provide backup support for other accounting functions as needed within a lean and efficient team
