How You Will Contribute to Our Partner’s Success:

As a hands-on IT professional, you’ll support daily technology operations, ensure system reliability, and provide excellent user support while working closely with internal teams and external partners. To succeed, you should have an associate’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, be proficient in Microsoft environments like Office 365, Windows Server, and SQL Server, and ideally have experience with VMware and Veeam. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently across office, agricultural, and processing areas are essential.


  • User & Systems Support: Provide first-level support and training for end-users across hardware, software, and network systems.


  • Infrastructure Management: Manage and maintain operational software, system integrations, and critical infrastructure in partnership with an external MSP.


  • Security & Continuity: Ensure system security, backups, and disaster recovery procedures are consistently monitored and executed.


  • Documentation & Optimization: Create IT documentation and support tools while helping optimize the help desk process.
