How You’ll Contribute to Our Partner’s Success:

As a Project Manager within the Operations Department, you’ll oversee the timely and quality completion of construction projects while managing costs and resources, reporting to the Vice President - Operations. Qualifications include experience in construction project management, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to manage complex project schedules and budgets.


  • Project Oversight: Manage project schedules, quality, and costs, ensuring timely commencement and completion within budget and quality standards.


  • Resource and Contract Management: Prepare bid packages, review proposals, approve subcontracts and payments, and manage construction resources.


  • Issue Resolution and Coordination: Facilitate resolution of design conflicts, coordinate progress meetings with superintendents, and handle changes to time or cost.


  • Client and Community Relations: Promote positive relationships with clients, employees, subcontractors, suppliers, and the community, while assisting in proposal development.
