How You’ll Contribute to Our Partner’s Success:

As an Accounts Payable & Receivable Clerk within the Finance Department, you’ll manage high-volume invoice processing, vendor records, and reconciliations with precision. Qualifications include experience in accounts payable and receivable (high volume preferred), proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel, and strong communication and problem-solving skills.


  • Invoice and Bill Processing: Efficiently and accurately process high-volume invoices and bills.


  • Vendor and Reconciliation Management: Maintain vendor records, reconcile bills/statements, and resolve discrepancies.


  • Data Entry and Reporting: Perform accurate data entry for accounts payable/receivable and assist with month-end closing and financial reporting.


  • Communication: Collaborate with vendors and internal departments to address billing inquiries.
