Responsibilities
1. Supervision of Front Desk
· Oversee opening and closing protocols
· Check sales cash daily
· Oversee cleanliness and order of the studio as it pertains to keeping a premium facility.
· Ensure quality of sign up process is at a high standard to include studio tour and full explanation of services
· Enforce company policies and procedures
· Keep A frames updated
· Oversee that the team goes to every classroom bi weekly when we have a new event
2. Staffing
· Supervise and manage the front desk sales team
· Manage timekeeping, including clock-ins and clock-outs
· Issue staff write-ups when necessary
· Ensure timely responses to clients within 24 hours via email and Vonage
· Remind the team to add new clients to the members' group on the first Monday of every month
· Monitor and ensure daily social media posts, targeting specific events
· Implement strategies to enhance client communication and satisfaction
· Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to the front desk sales team
· Collaborate with marketing to align social media efforts with promotional events
3. Registrations
· Manage and oversee new dancer registrations.
· Develop and maintain an up-to-date class schedule.
· Oversee registrations for special events.
· Supervise and streamline member registration processes.
· Implement and update registration systems for efficiency and accuracy.
· Collaborate with marketing to promote registration for new classes and events.
4. Sales
· Generate and send the Bonus Summary for all staff to Mady
· Supply weekly sales quotas to the Reception team
· Ensure the front desk meets daily sales quotas
· Track and provide weekly updates on sales quotas to upper management
· Manage and monitor sales calls, ensuring effective communication and follow-ups
· Monitor that the front desk achieves the necessary sales for events
· Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
· Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional efforts
· Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the sales skills of the front desk team
