Job Title: Associate Attorney
Department: Trusts and Estates

Reports To: Managing Attorney
Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Associate Attorney to join our fast-growing estate planning, probate, and elder law firm. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Pennsylvania trust and estate law and experience in both estate planning and administration. The candidate will work closely with our managing attorney to provide heart-centered and comprehensive legal services to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the preparation and delivery of trusts, wills, and other estate planning documents
- Advise clients on estate planning and administration matters, including tax planning and asset protection
- Represent clients in probate court proceedings
- Assist with the preparation and filing of PA Inheritance tax returns
- Conduct legal research and draft memoranda and other legal documents
- Communicate with clients and other professionals in a timely and professional manner
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar
- 2-4 years of experience in trusts and estates law
- Excellent research and writing skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
