Real State Attorney (HOA)

 Skilled and motivated Real Estate Attorney with 3–5 years of experience in both commercial and residential transactions to join our growing practice.

Responsibilities

  • Handle commercial and residential real estate transactions from contract to closing
  • Draft and review purchase agreements, leases, loan documents, and closing documents
  • Conduct due diligence, including title and survey review
  • Advise clients on zoning, land use, and property development matters
  • Collaborate with clients, brokers, lenders, and other attorneys to ensure smooth transactions
  • Represent clients in negotiations and closings

Qualifications

  • J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership
  • 3–5 years of experience in real estate law, with a focus on transactional work
  • Strong knowledge of commercial and residential real estate practices
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
