A growing and mission-driven law firm is seeking an experienced Managing Plaintiff Attorney to lead and oversee sexual abuse litigation matters on behalf of survivors. The ideal candidate is an experienced litigator with strong leadership abilities, excellent client communication skills, and a deep commitment to plaintiff-side representation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee a caseload involving sexual abuse and survivor litigation matters
- Lead litigation strategy from intake through resolution or trial
- Supervise and mentor attorneys, paralegals, and support staff
- Conduct depositions, mediations, hearings, and settlement negotiations
- Draft and review pleadings, motions, and discovery responses
- Maintain strong relationships with clients while handling sensitive matters with empathy and professionalism
- Collaborate with firm leadership on case strategy and operational growth
Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Active bar admission in the applicable jurisdiction
- Significant experience in plaintiff-side litigation
- Prior experience handling sexual abuse, personal injury, or trauma-related cases strongly preferred
- Demonstrated leadership or management experience
- Strong courtroom, negotiation, and case management skills
- Ability to manage sensitive and emotionally complex client interactions with professionalism and compassion
