Apply for this job

This is a boutique commercial and contractual litigation firm based in Coral Gables, Florida. The firm handles real estate disputes, foreclosure defense, debt settlement, escrow disputes, and commercial and residential landlord-tenant matters. The practice is client-first — attorneys work directly with clients on case strategy, updates, and trial preparation.

•    Strong written and verbal communication skills — client-facing work is part of the role from day one

•    Motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to grow within a boutique firm

•    Local to South Florida (Miami-Dade or Broward County) for court appearances and in-person onboarding

•    Native English fluency

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

•    Bilingual — English and Spanish

•    Exposure to commercial litigation, real estate law, landlord-tenant law, or foreclosure defense

•    Prior experience in a boutique or small firm (law school clinic experience counts)
