A business law firm serving government contractors and commercial businesses, is 

seeking an associate with 4+years of experience to join its Government Contracts practice group. 

We are seeking a candidate with experience regularly representing government contractors in bid 

protests. 

Additional experience may include requests for equitable adjustment and claims under the Contracts 

Disputes Act, FAR compliance, teaming agreements and subcontracts, the False Claims Act, and/or 

other investigations related to federal procurement law. Experience with the federal small business 

programs, including the 8(a), SDVOSB, WOSB, and/or HUBZone programs is a plus.
