Law firm is seeking for associate in law school class years 2017 through 2021 to join the labor and employment team. The practice is primarily employer-side litigation, with some advice and investigations work as well. Litigation is mostly class and representative actions, both wage and hour and discrimination, and experience in the class actions space would be helpful. Three years+ in a peer law firm in the employment space would likely have requisite experience.
