Minimum experience
is at least 5 years on Plaintiff's side. No defense attorneys,
please.
Some details:
1.You will not have to
market for cases, although you are certainly welcome to do so and I encourage
it. If you bring in referrals individually, or through a referral
attorney, you will receive a nice guaranteed percentage of the fee.
2. You will not have to worry about the “business” of running
your own firm. You can simply focus on being a
pre suit attorney.
3. We have a highly structured office with
carefully thought-out policies and procedures, and we value client communication and client satisfaction as our top
priority.
4. We guarantee a salary with a contractually
binding percentage of the
settlements or you obtain (i.e. none of that “trust me - we will take
care of you at the end of the year”).You will have a
binding Employment Agreement that will be signed by both of us,which guarantees what you will receive as your quarterly bonus.
5. For your pre suit caseload, you will have trained pre
suit paralegals below you, who you will supervise. The job requires no
litigation, except attendance at PIP statements, UM EUOs, and global pre suit
mediations.
6. We have a an excellent staff of almost 70 employees, and we have been ranked one of the top three medium sized workplaces
in South Florida for three
years by the Sun Sentinel.
8. We provide a generous benefits package
including 401(K); health insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and other great benefits.
9. We have a dedicated "intake" department, so
you don't have to be on the phone handling intakes.
We are
not looking for defense counsel looking to switch at this time, and we
are obviously looking for someone that is a hard worker with a strong work
ethic because you will have a lot of cases (i.e. a lot of opportunity to make
money and make your clients happy.
We use
the Case management software called “Filevine”, which is absolutely awesome.
Again,
my practice areas are mainly auto, premises, medical malpractice, nursing home
abuse, and product liability.
