Long Term Care Representative

Practice Area: Elder Law, Advocacy, and Care Coordination

Location: Orlando, FL (Hybrid – Mostly Remote with Onsite Visits as Needed)

Schedule: Full-time, flexible hours, primarily remote with occasional in-person client meetings

Description:

Are you ready to be a guiding force for families facing critical elder care decisions? As an Elder Care Coordinator, you won’t just be managing cases—you’ll be changing lives. You’ll be the go-to expert, providing legal guidance, advocacy, and hands-on support to families navigating long-term care, Medicaid, and aging-in-place options.

Your days will be filled with meaningful work: conducting client assessments, coordinating with healthcare professionals, making crucial referrals, and providing families with the knowledge and resources to make the best decisions. Tower Law Group will even provide ECC certification for the right candidate, ensuring you have the expertise needed to excel in this role.

Qualifications:

  • Required: 3–8 years of experience in healthcare law, elder law, social work, or care coordination.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with Social Security Law, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and Veterans Affairs is a huge plus.
  • Compassionate Advocacy: Strong networking skills and a deep commitment to serving underprivileged and disadvantaged populations.
  • Research & Legal Acumen: Proficiency in citations, appellate advocacy, Bluebook formatting, and medical records review.
  • Care Navigation Expertise: In-depth knowledge of local long-term care systems, facilities, and home health agencies.
  • Bonus Skills: Experience with ERISA regulations and veterans' benefits.
  • Soft Skills: Outgoing, patient, and socially conscious with a strong emotional quotient.


Compensation & Perks:

  • Base Salary: $65K–$100K, depending on experience.
  • Bonuses & Benefits: 401K with company match, discretionary profit sharing, CLE reimbursements, unlimited PTO (as long as billables are met), and medical stipends.
