We are looking for a Litigation Paralegal who will assist our Orlando‑based trial team with the preparation, filing, and management of complex civil matters. This includes coordinating document productions, maintaining litigation databases, drafting key pleadings, and ensuring flawless courtroom and deposition support. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive case files, indices, and chronologies
- Coordinate and manage document production, including review, tagging, redaction, and privilege logs
- Utilize document‑review databases and other litigation platforms for discovery and case management
- Draft correspondence, memoranda, pleadings, and deposition summaries
- Conduct Westlaw and other legal research to support motions and trial strategy
- Assist in electronic filing in state and federal courts, ensuring compliance with all rules
- Support deposition and trial preparation, including exhibit assembly, witness binders, and courtroom logistics
- Attend trials as needed and provide on‑site litigation support to attorneys
- Track deadlines, manage calendars, and proactively prepare for key case events
Qualifications:
Required:
- 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience in a law‑firm setting
- Bachelor’s degree or ABA‑approved paralegal certificate
- In‑depth knowledge of document‑production processes and e‑filing procedures
- Proficiency with document‑review databases and Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience preparing for depositions and trials
- Strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple deadlines
Preferred:
- Prior trial‑attendance experience providing on‑site support
- Familiarity with courtroom presentation software and trial graphics tools
- Demonstrated ability to mentor junior paralegals or litigation‑support staff
