Job Title: Senior Immigration Attorney
Location: Coral Springs, FL (Onsite)
Schedule: Onsite, Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM.
Salary: $110,000 - $150,000 per year + bonus incentives based on performance

Core Responsibilities:
- Prepare and represent clients in immigration interviews and court appearances.
- Draft and file a wide range of immigration petitions and documents.
- Handle cases related to family and employment immigration law (80% family-based, 20% employment-based).
- Ensure legal accuracy and timely processing of immigration applications.
- Collaborate with the team to provide mentoring and guidance to junior attorneys and staff.
- Manage a flat fee billing structure with an estimated 20 billable hours per week.
Required Skills:
3+ years of immigration law experience (preferably 5+ years).
Fluency in Portuguese (mandatory).
- Extensive experience in family and employment-based immigration cases.
- Strong ability to manage client relationships and oversee immigration interviews.
- Excellent organizational and case management skills.
- Empathetic, client-centered approach with a commitment to providing high-quality legal services.
Preferred Skills:
- Prior experience in a high-volume immigration law firm.
- Spanish fluency or any other languages
- Previous experience within a law firm.
