About the Role

This isn't a traditional drafting position or a litigation role.

Your primary responsibility will be helping clients make some of the most important decisions of their lives. You'll meet with prospective and existing clients, uncover their goals and concerns, educate them about their options, and design personalized estate planning strategies that protect what matters most.

You'll collaborate closely with our drafting team to ensure each plan is implemented accurately while remaining actively involved in legal strategy and complex planning decisions.

You'll participate in regular attorney strategy meetings, collaborate with our probate and elder law team, and continue growing your knowledge in an environment that values continuous learning and innovation.

If you enjoy connecting with people as much as practicing law, this is an opportunity to build meaningful relationships while making a lasting difference for families.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct Life & Legacy Planning Sessions and estate planning consultations.
  • Analyze each client's family, financial, and personal circumstances to recommend appropriate planning strategies.

  • Maintain exceptional communication with clients throughout the planning process.
  • Supervise and mentor legal assistants and paralegals as appropriate.
  • Collaborate with the probate team and fellow attorneys regarding planning strategies and legal developments.
  • Utilize technology, including Zoom, digital whiteboards, Zoho CRM, and other cloud-based systems to create an exceptional client experience.
