Our client is seeking a Legal Administrative Assistant for its Miami office.


Qualifications

  • At least five years of experience in business transactions and tax and probate
  • Bilingual English/Spanish required (proficiency in French is a plus)
  • Demonstrated professionalism, confidentiality, flexibility, and strong organizational skills
  • Proactive work style
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and electronic document‑management systems (Filesite experience preferred)


Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, proofread, and revise documents for attorneys
  • Schedule travel and appointments; maintain calendars
  • Maintain files and records
  • Submit new‑business/matter‑opening paperwork and conflict requests
  • Enter time and assist with client billing
  • Provide support to other assistants and attorneys as needed



Actual salaries will vary depending on factors such as experience and skill set; the listed range is only one component of our client’s total compensation package.
