Junior- to mid-level Associate with meaningful Commercial Real Estate Development and Acquisition experience gained in a large law firm setting, who can understand how to run a real transaction from inception to closing, including knowing how to draft/negotiate purchase and sale agreements for the sale and acquisition of commercial real estate, title and survey review, and can draft closing documents, negotiate loan documents and close real estate transactions.

Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills that are substantiated by excellent academic credentials.

Required Qualifications:

• 2 to 5 years of experience gained at a law firm
• Admitted to and in good standing to the Florida Bar; or admitted to and in good standing with another state's bar and willing to sit for the Florida Bar exam
