Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Legal Recruiter to identify, attract, and place top legal talent, including Attorney Associates, Partner-level Attorneys, and Paralegals.
This role requires deep knowledge of the legal industry, strong networking abilities, and a consultative approach to both candidates and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Sourcing & Acquisition
- Identify and recruit qualified Attorney Associates, Partners, and Paralegals through various channels (job boards, referrals, networking, direct outreach).
- Build and maintain a pipeline of high-caliber legal professionals.
- Client & Hiring Manager Collaboration
- Partner with team to understand hiring needs, culture, and role requirements.
- Provide market insights, salary benchmarks, and hiring trends.
- Candidate Screening & Evaluation
- Conduct interviews to assess candidates’ legal expertise, experience, and cultural fit.
- Evaluate credentials including education, bar admissions, case experience, and specialization areas.
- Relationship Management
- Develop long-term relationships with candidates and clients.
- Act as a trusted advisor throughout the recruitment process.
- Placement & Negotiation
- Coordinate interviews and manage the offer process.
- Negotiate compensation packages, benefits, and start dates.
- Market Research & Strategy
- Stay informed about legal market trends, competitor hiring practices, and talent availability.
- Develop targeted recruitment strategies for niche legal roles.
