Job Summary


We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Legal Recruiter to identify, attract, and place top legal talent, including Attorney Associates, Partner-level Attorneys, and Paralegals.

This role requires deep knowledge of the legal industry, strong networking abilities, and a consultative approach to both candidates and clients.


Key Responsibilities


  1. Talent Sourcing & Acquisition
  • Identify and recruit qualified Attorney Associates, Partners, and Paralegals through various channels (job boards, referrals, networking, direct outreach).
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of high-caliber legal professionals.
  • Client & Hiring Manager Collaboration
  • Partner with team to understand hiring needs, culture, and role requirements.
  • Provide market insights, salary benchmarks, and hiring trends.
  • Candidate Screening & Evaluation
  • Conduct interviews to assess candidates’ legal expertise, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Evaluate credentials including education, bar admissions, case experience, and specialization areas.
  • Relationship Management
  • Develop long-term relationships with candidates and clients.
  • Act as a trusted advisor throughout the recruitment process.
  • Placement & Negotiation
  • Coordinate interviews and manage the offer process.
  • Negotiate compensation packages, benefits, and start dates.
  • Market Research & Strategy
  • Stay informed about legal market trends, competitor hiring practices, and talent availability.
  • Develop targeted recruitment strategies for niche legal roles.
