A leading international law firm and top 100 Am Law firm seeks an associate to join their Corporate group.

Qualified applicants must have 2-3 years of experience handling all aspects of M&A, private equity, and general corporate work, including venture capital and other financings, acquisitions, and contract negotiation. Knowledge in federal and state securities and related laws with strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Member of Texas Bar and in good standing required. Strong academic credentials. Experience working effectively within a deadline-driven environment is required.
