Qualified applicants must have 1-4 years of sophisticated transactional real estate experience, including sales and acquisitions, joint ventures, financing, leasing and development. Excellent writing and analytical skills, along with a strong academic background and must be admitted to practice in Illinois or have the ability to become admitted within one year.
