Key responsibilities 

Experience in sophisticated corporate finance transactions, including public and private securities offerings, as well as general corporate and corporate governance matters. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic record, exceptional analytical and writing skills and desire to be part of a nationally recognized practice while working in a collegial environment.

Key Qualifications
