Capital Markets Associate - 5 - 7 Class Year required for leading Am Law firm.

The Candidate must have experience in the following:

• IPO's,
• advising underwriters and issuers in connection with equity and debt capital markets transactions and
• counseling public and private companies on SEC reporting, financings, and general corporate matters.
