Top AmLaw 200 law firm seeks an associate to join their IP Litigation Practice in their Dallas or Austin office.

The ideal candidate should have 1-3 years of significant experience in intellectual property litigation, including patent and trade secrets litigation, and preferably with an undergraduate or advanced degree in engineering or hard sciences. Language skills in Japanese or Mandarin are a plus.
