A Top 200 AmLaw firm seeks an associate to join their Corporate Securities and M&A Practice Group for their Austin office.

The ideal candidate must have 3-5 years of significant experience with convertible note, SAFE and preferred stock financing, general private company corporate representation, including commercial contract review and negotiation, board and stockholder consent drafting, and DGCL compliance and sell-side and buy-side mergers and acquisitions. Texas licensed preferred but not required.
