A leading national and international and top 100 Am Law top firm is looking for a highly qualified associate to join their Corporate Debt Team.

Syndicated lending, secured transactions, and other commercial finance transactions including cash flow credit facilities and ABL credit facilities is preferred. The ideal candidate will have excellent academic credentials, strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple transactions.
