Am Law 100 firm representing overseas companies and investors seeks a mid-level associate to join their Corporate practice group in Boston.

Responsibility would be to support the firm’s securities and capital markets practice.

The ideal candidate must have the following:

• 2-5 years of significant capital markets experience representing issuers and underwriters/placement agents in capital markets (’33 Act) transactions and public companies in connection with ’34 Act filings and compliance and corporate governance matters.
• Possess a strong academic background, strong written and interpersonal skills, solid analytical skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects at one time.
