Director of Clinical Services Home Health

LOCATION: Oakland County, MI

SHIFT: Day; M-F 9-5

JOB TYPE: Full-Time Permanent

Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate, collaborative Director of Clinical Services (DCS) to lead our clinical team and help shape a positive, supportive workplace culture. This role is ideal for a leader who values teamwork over hierarchy, communication over control, and partnership over command. The DCS will oversee clinical operations while supporting financial performance, compliance, and high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support clinical teams with a people-first, team-centered approach
• Ensure high-quality patient care and compliance with Medicare and state regulations
• Monitor clinical outcomes and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement
• Partner with leadership to support operational and financial success
• Recruit, mentor, and develop staff while fostering engagement and retention
• Promote collaboration across departments and interdisciplinary teams

Qualifications:

• Active RN license (required)
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
• 3+ years of leadership experience in home health or healthcare management
• Strong knowledge of Medicare CoPs, OASIS, and home health regulations
• A collaborative leadership style with strong emotional intelligence and communication skills
• A passion for building strong teams and delivering exceptional patient care
