Requirements

• Active Massachusetts Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Strong knowledge of comprehensive dentistry, including dental hygiene procedures, patient screening, and accurate clinical documentation.
• Any additional certifications or licenses required by the state to perform assigned duties.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional, concierge-level patient care with outstanding chairside manner and professionalism.
• Build trust and long-term relationships with patients through compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Assess and promote overall oral health, including identifying signs of periodontal disease and potential oral cancers.
• Review, document, and maintain detailed patient medical histories and chief complaints.
• Take digital X-rays and intraoral images to support treatment planning and monitor progress or changes.
• Perform precise dental hygiene procedures in accordance with treatment plans prescribed by the attending dentist.
• Respond effectively and calmly to emergency situations or unexpected developments during treatment.
• Educate patients on at-home oral care techniques and long-term oral health maintenance.
