Responsibilities

• Lead endodontic diagnosis and treatment, delivering high-quality, patient-centered specialty care
• Perform a full scope of endodontic procedures with a focus on precision, comfort, and clinical excellence
• Collaborate with non-clinical teams including Talent, Finance, HR, and IT to support efficient practice operations
• Create a positive, patient-focused environment that builds trust and encourages long-term relationships
• Maintain compliance with all clinical, safety, and regulatory standards

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Completion of an accredited Endodontic residency program
• Active, unrestricted state dental license
• 1–2 years of clinical endodontic experience preferred; select opportunities open to new graduates
• Strong ethical standards and a commitment to exceptional patient care
• Interest in continued learning, mentorship, and collaboration
