About the Role

Are you a skilled Ceramist with a passion for high-end restorative work? Our growing digital dental laboratory is seeking an experienced Crown & Bridge Technician to join our restorations team on a part-time basis.

Specializing in advanced implant and restorative solutions—including Dental Implant Treatment Planning, Surgical Guides, and Full Arch Restorations—we provide cutting-edge solutions to dental professionals worldwide. This role is perfect for a technician who thrives in a modern, collaborative environment and enjoys the artistry of high-quality porcelain work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advanced Fabrication: Fabricate and repair high-quality crowns, bridges, and implant restorations.
  • Porcelain Mastery: Perform expert porcelain stacking and finishing of pressed porcelain on metal, zirconia, and e.max copings.
  • Material Expertise: Work fluently with a wide range of materials, including PMMA, PFM, PFZ, Zirconia, Hybrid Ceramics, and Composites.
  • Implant Workflow: Support complex restorative cases ranging from single units to full-arch restorations.
  • Model Work: Pour, articulate, and mount stone models from implant impressions with high precision.
  • Technical Support: Create verification jigs, base plates, and occlusion rims for implant restorations.
  • Quality Control: Ensure every restoration meets rigorous standards for anatomy, occlusion, esthetics, and function.
  • Collaboration: Partner with our digital and restorative teams to ensure case accuracy and timely turnaround.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 3–5 years of proven experience as a Crown & Bridge Technician in a dental laboratory.
  • Technical Skill: Extensive experience with Zirconia and e.max restorations (both anterior and posterior).
  • Anatomical Knowledge: A deep understanding of dental anatomy, occlusion, and restorative principles.
  • Implant Literacy: Hands-on experience with implant restorative workflows and full-arch cases.
  • Precision: Ability to work independently while maintaining consistent, high-quality output.
  • Bonus: Experience with CAM milling software and hardware is a significant plus.
