What You'll Do

• Assess, diagnose and treat patients within the Nurse Practitioner scope of practice
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and lab results
• Prescribe medications and develop individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses and the care team to coordinate patient care
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment and preventive care
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic health record

What You Bring

• Master's or Doctoral degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
• Current national Nurse Practitioner board certification
• Active Ohio APRN license, or eligibility to obtain one
• Strong clinical judgment, communication and teamwork skills

• Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 per year
