Compensation: $200,000–$400,000 annually

About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced, patient-focused General Dentist to join an established, multispecialty dental practice in Cinnaminson, NJ. The practice provides comprehensive dental care for patients of all ages, with a focus on quality treatment, compassionate service, and long-term patient relationships.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience and is committed to delivering high-quality, comprehensive dentistry in a supportive, patient-centered environment.

Compensation includes a guaranteed daily rate or a percentage of collections, whichever is greater, with uncapped earning potential.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat a variety of oral health conditions and diseases.
• Provide comprehensive general dentistry services with a focus on clinically sound, compassionate care.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and treatment recommendations.
• Monitor patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, dental board standards, and clinical procedures.
• Collaborate with the dental team to deliver high-quality patient care.
• Identify and address clinical concerns promptly and effectively.
• Maintain a strong commitment to patient satisfaction and excellent clinical outcomes.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited U.S. dental school.
• Active New Jersey dental license in good standing.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience as a General Dentist.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in routine dental examinations, general dental procedures, and comprehensive treatment planning.
