The Director, HRIS is responsible for providing vision, leadership, planning, budgeting, project coordination, and management for Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), while facilitating efficient operations to meet current and future business technology needs within the Office of Talent Management (OTM). The role takes direction from OTM leadership and ensures all systems and data strategies are implemented using best practices. This role is responsible for maintenance of integrations between HR systems and Parkland enterprise applications. The role partners with OTM, Information Systems, and the CISO to develop and execute strategic priorities and to drive business outcomes. This role is accountable for ensuring continuity and successful delivery of functional services to users throughout the organization.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects, multi-task and prioritize tasks

Qualifications:

  • Ten (10) years of experience in HRIS, must have Workday experience - [REQUIRED]
  • Bachelor’s degree - [REQUIRED]
  • UKG experience - [HIGHLY PREFERRED]
  • Ideal Candidate Would Include: A candidate with HR operations experience along with HRIS. Also, if the HRIS department has reported up through HR vs IT.
